ELEMENTS INFRAVENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED

We work out of Flat B-1 in the Yamuna Building. It’s part of the Bhagirathi Vihar Apartment complex here in Nagpur. Elements Infraventures is what we call the business. It’s an apartment office, so it’s got a kitchen and a bathroom like any other home. We use the living area as our workspace. There are four or five of us usually. We spend our days looking at project files and dealing with contractors. Nagpur can get really hot, so the fan is always on high. It’s not a polished corporate space. We have stacks of paper on most surfaces and the chairs don't all match. We focus on infrastructure and ventures in the city. Most of our day involves talking to people on the phone or visiting sites to see how things are progressing. We don't have a lot of visitors, but when we do, we just offer them some water and a seat at the big table. It’s a very basic way of doing things, but it works for us. We’ve been in this building for some time now. It’s central enough for us to get around. We just try to stay busy and finish our tasks without too much fuss. Not much to it really. We have a lot of maps of Nagpur pinned to the walls. Sometimes we lose track of time when we are deep into the planning. It's just how the day goes here. We aren't really fancy people.
