Our office is at Plot No.29 in New Diamond Nagar, Nagpur. It’s a fairly straightforward residential-cum-commercial plot. Dsh Innovative is based here, and we have been for a bit now. Nagpur is where we started, and this plot is our home base. It’s not a fancy corporate park or anything like that. We have a simple building where we get our work done. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, which suits the kind of innovative work we try to do. We spend most of our time just figuring things out and working through various projects. It is a small operation, so we don't have a lot of the fluff you see in bigger companies. We just come in, have some tea, and start on the tasks for the day. There are no big speeches or complicated rules here. We just work together to keep things moving. Being in New Diamond Nagar means we are away from the heaviest traffic of the city, which is nice. Our workspace is filled with the usual stuff like computers and desks. It’s an honest place where real work happens. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We are just a group of people in Nagpur 440009 trying to do a good job. It is a practical setup that works for us and lets us focus on what's important.
