Dexter Software Labs Private Limited

Our place is out in Nagpur, specifically in the Umred area along the Bypass Road. We are on Plot No. 125/A in the Rahate Ayout part of Parsodi. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the main city center, but we find the space here works well for what we do. Dealing with software stuff means we don’t need to be in a flashy glass building in the middle of a business park. We just need good power and decent computers. The bypass road gets quite noisy with the trucks going past, but we’ve gotten used to the sound by now. It’s almost like background noise that helps us focus. We’ve got a small team here at Dexter Software Labs. Some of us live quite close, while others have to travel a bit further. Nagpur gets really hot in the summer, as everyone knows, so our air conditioning gets a real workout during those months. We spend most of our time troubleshooting and writing scripts. It isn't always exciting, but it’s what we know how to do. The local tea stalls nearby are where we usually end up during our breaks. It’s a simple setup we’ve got going on. No big reception area or anything. Just a group of people working on software projects and trying to stay organized. We try to keep things straightforward and avoid any unnecessary complications in how we run the office.
