We operate out of unit 103 in Ganga Apartment, which is located at 40 Farmland in the Ramdaspeth area of Nagpur. Our work centers on infrastructure, so we spend a lot of time thinking about the stuff that most people don't really notice until it’s not there, like foundations and drainage systems. The office is a straightforward space where we keep our files and meet with contractors. It’s not a fancy glass tower, just a regular place in a residential building where we can focus on our work without too many distractions. There are only a few of us here, so the vibe is pretty relaxed, even when things get busy. We’ve been in the 440010 area for a while and we like being part of the local business community. Usually, our mornings start with a lot of phone calls to check on various crews and see if materials have arrived at the sites. Some days are more frustrating than others, like when a machine breaks down or a permit takes longer than expected, but that is just how this business goes. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just want to do a decent job on the projects we take on and move on to the next one. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us and keeps us busy throughout the year.
