The shop is located in Wakil Peth, right near the Reshimbugh Ground in Nagpur. If you know that area, you know how busy it gets when there is an event or just people playing cricket on the weekends. I’ve been here at this spot for quite a while now. It’s a small place, nothing too big or flashy. Inside, there are three chairs and some old mirrors. The fan makes a bit of noise when it's on high speed, but it keeps the place cool enough. Most of the men from the Reshim Baug area come here for their regular haircut or a shave. They usually stop by after work or on Sunday mornings before lunch. It’s a very local vibe. We talk about the news, the weather, or whatever is happening at the ground nearby. I keep a couple of old newspapers on the bench for people waiting their turn. Sometimes it gets crowded and people have to wait outside on the steps. It is just me and one other guy working here most days. We don't use any fancy machines, just the usual scissors, combs, and clippers that have lasted us a long time. The address is easy to find because everyone knows the way to Wakil Peth. We just keep things moving, one customer at a time, until it’s time to pull down the shutters and head home for dinner. It is a simple way to spend the day.
