DEPENDENCIA BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED

Dependencia Buildcon is over at Balaji Corporate Park in Nagpur. We are up on the fourth floor, Plot No. 92. Nagpur can get incredibly hot, so we are very thankful for the air conditioning in this building. It’s a pretty standard corporate park, so there are other companies around us, but we mostly keep to ourselves. Our space is usually a bit of a mess with site plans and half-empty chai cups. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for years. We handle the building side of things. It involves a lot of paperwork and back-and-forth with the city offices. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up reports or to wait for a call from a site manager who is running behind. We aren't the type of company that has a lot of fancy slogans. We just know how to read a plan and how to get a crew together to build it. The fourth floor is a good spot, it’s not too many stairs if the lift is acting up, though we usually take the elevator anyway. There is a lot of growth happening in Nagpur right now, so we see a lot of new things going up around us. We are just one part of that, trying to do a solid job on every project we take on. It is honest work and it keeps us all busy enough throughout the week.
