Our office is over in Byramji Town, specifically at 19/13 Chitnavis Nagar. Nagpur is a bit quieter than the big metros, which we actually like. It’s a decent area and we’ve been here for a good while. The building isn't new, but it's sturdy and keeps the heat out during those really hot Nagpur summers. We work on technical stuff throughout the day. Usually, the office is full of drawings and notes spread out everywhere. We aren't the type to have everything perfectly filed away in neat folders. We know where everything is, though. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. One day you’re on the phone, the next you’re fixing a piece of equipment. We don't have a fancy dress code. Most of us just wear what's comfortable for a long day of work. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s pretty calm until the schools let out. We get our work done without much fuss. We’ve built up a bit of a routine over the years. We start around nine, have some tea, and then get into the technical bits. It’s a simple setup. No big corporate meetings or long presentations. We just focus on the tasks we have on our list and try to finish them before the sun goes down. It is a humble way to work, but it suits us just fine here in Nagpur. We just take it one day at a time.
