We set up Datasteer Software Solutions Private in Flat 602 at Shyam Palace. It’s right there in Congress Nagar, which is a pretty decent area in Nagpur. The office is on the sixth floor, so we get a bit of a view of the surrounding buildings. It’s a quiet enough place to get some actual work done without too many distractions. Nagpur summers can be pretty brutal, so we are thankful for the fans and the AC in the room. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us sitting at our desks every day. We handle software tasks and data stuff for different people. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find fancy furniture or a coffee bar. We have a small kettle for tea and that’s about it. Most of the time, we’re just focused on fixing bugs or setting up new systems. People usually find us through word of mouth. We don’t do much in the way of advertising or big marketing pushes. We think it’s better to just let the work speak for itself. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, but we don't mind the stairs too much. It’s a very grounded way of doing business. We are just regular people trying to make a living by doing what we know best. It’s a practical space for a practical team.
