Comptech Softtech Private Limited is located in Nagpur, over at Ganguly Layout. The address is 1871/5/A, and it’s a pretty quiet neighborhood compared to the city center. We like it this way because it’s easier to focus without so many people walking by the windows. The office is a simple building that doesn't stand out much from the houses nearby. Inside, we have our rows of desks and some old chairs that we probably should have replaced years ago. There is a small pantry where we make tea, and that’s usually where the best conversations happen. We are a small team and most of us have lived in Nagpur for a long time. We know where the best food is nearby and where to go when we need a break from the screens. Our work isn't anything glamorous, just a lot of typing and looking at code or spreadsheets all day long. The internet can be a bit finicky when it rains, so we’ve had to get used to that. It’s a very local feel here. There’s no big sign outside, just a small nameplate. We prefer it that way. Most days are pretty much the same, with the usual office chatter and the sound of the ceiling fan spinning above us while we work through our tasks.
