You can find us at Ganga Apartment in Ramdaspeth, Nagpur. We are in flat 103 at 40 Farmland. It is a local neighborhood we know quite well. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular apartment we turned into a workspace with some desks and a lot of folders. We do development work, so our days are mostly a mix of sitting here doing math and going out to check on various building sites. Sometimes the rain in Nagpur really slows things down, and we end up spending more time than we’d like just waiting for the ground to dry out. We don't have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to checking on the materials. It’s a practical way to run things. We started this because we saw how much the city was growing and wanted to be part of the building process. It’s hard work and the margins can be tight, especially when the price of sand or bricks goes up without warning. We don't use any fancy talk or try to act bigger than we are. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation about a delivery or looking over some technical drawings. We just keep our focus on the tasks we have each day and try to get through our list before it gets too late.
