Classic Gents Parlours

I set up Classic Gents Parlours on Nara Road in the Jaripatka area. If you live around here in Nagpur, you probably pass by us quite a bit. It’s a straightforward shop for men’s grooming. I didn't want anything too loud or over the top. Just a couple of good chairs and some decent mirrors. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we get a lot of fathers bringing their sons in on Sundays. It gets pretty loud then with all the kids, but I don't mind it. I’ve been a barber for years and decided it was time to have my own four walls. Jaripatka is a good place for a business like this because people value a familiar face. I don't use any of those expensive chemicals, just the standard soaps and creams. My scissors are always sharp. The shop isn't very big, so if three or four people are waiting, it feels full. We have some old magazines on the table, though most people just look at their phones now. I try to make sure everyone leaves looking better than when they walked in. That’s about it really. No big story or grand plan. Just a man and his shop on Nara Road. If you need a shave or just want to shorten your hair, I’m usually around. I keep the floor swept and the atmosphere pretty relaxed.
