CLARA BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based in Nagpur, up near the Forest Department in Seminary Hill. Our office is Flat Number A3/04. It is a nice part of town because of all the trees and the quiet atmosphere. Being on the road to Amravati means it is easy for us to head out to sites outside the main city. Our work at Clara Buildcon is mostly about construction management. The office is small, just a regular flat turned into a workspace. We have some desks, a few computers, and a lot of paper everywhere. Sometimes you can hear the birds from the trees outside, which is a nice change from the usual city noise. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons visiting building sites. There is no big corporate culture here. We just sit around and discuss how to solve problems that come up with the builders or the materials. The kitchen in the flat is where we spend a lot of time talking about the day's work over tea. We have been in this Seminary Hill location for a bit, and it suits our style of working. It is peaceful and out of the way, which helps us focus. We don't bother with fancy advertising. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen what we do. It is just a practical, local business trying to do things right in our own quiet way.
