This part of Nagpur is always busy, so there is plenty of noise from the street coming in through the door. Our shop is a straightforward beauty parlor for women. It’s not a place with a lot of extra space or fancy decorations. We have the usual mirrors, some shelves for our supplies, and a few chairs for the customers. It’s been our workplace for many years, and it shows a little bit in the wear and tear of the furniture. We mostly do the standard things like haircuts, threading, and basic facials. We don't have a website or any fancy booking system. People just know where we are and stop by when they need something done. Usually, there's a bit of chatter going on, as we know most of the women who live around the Main Road area. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it can get a bit cluttered with bags and supplies. The floor is a bit uneven in places, and the paint is peeling a little near the ceiling, but it doesn’t stop us from doing our work. It’s a practical, local shop that serves the neighborhood. We open up early and stay until the evening rush is over. It’s just a normal part of the daily life here at Mangalmurti Chowk. We’ve been here a long time and hope to stay.
