CHANDRAVARSHA INFRAVENTURES LLP

Our office for Chandravarsha Infraventures LLP is actually inside a residential society, which makes it feel a bit different from a typical glass-walled corporate building. We are located at Flat No. 5 in the Jeevan Chhaya Society. It’s right on Central Bazar Road in the Ramdaspeth area. Being in a society means we have neighbors who are just living their daily lives, so we try to keep things relatively quiet. The walk up to the flat is familiar now, and it’s nice being in a spot that isn't surrounded by giant skyscrapers. We do our work from here, mostly sitting around the main table talking about various infrastructure ventures. Ramdaspeth is a pretty well-known part of town, so it isn't too hard for people to find us if they have the address right. Sometimes the parking outside the society can be a bit of a headache, especially on busy weekday mornings when everyone is rushing to work. Inside the office, it’s mostly just files and blueprints stacked up. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we can sit down and get through the paperwork. Living and working in the same general area has its perks, and we like the local feel of the neighborhood. It’s a straightforward setup for us, and we’ve been operating this way for some time now without needing anything more elaborate.
