This part of Mumbai-Mumbai City has its own rhythm and we are right in the middle of it. The 400019 area is where we do all our daily work. It is an older building but it has character and serves us well enough. We have our files, our computers, and our coffee mugs all set up. There is nothing too formal about how we operate here at Parvati Nivas. We just show up and get through the list of things to do for the day. Adenwala Road can be a bit loud during the peak hours but we don’t mind it much. It feels like real life. CHAITYA ESTATE LLP is just the name on our documents. We aren't trying to be anything we are not. Most of our days are spent right here on the first floor. It is a convenient location for us to manage things. People come and go through the building all the time. We’ve got a routine that works. It’s a simple Mumbai office life for us. We just keep the door open and stay busy with the paperwork. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a solid place to work in a busy city. We just stay here and work through the various tasks that come across our desks each morning.
