CANNA CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

We’ve been around for a while now, operating out of Dharampeth in Nagpur. You can find us right behind Udayam Press, staying pretty busy with different building jobs. It’s a local operation, nothing too fancy. My name is on the paperwork, but we’re a small team. We mostly handle construction stuff around this area. People know where we are if they need to talk about a project. It gets loud around here sometimes because of the press, but we like the spot. Shreerang Bhandarkar’s place is easy to spot once you get into the lanes. We aren’t really big on fancy websites or big ads, we just do the work and move on to the next thing. Some days are slow, others we’re running all over Nagpur. It’s honest work. If you walk past the press and keep going, that’s where we sit and go over blueprints or deal with suppliers. We use local materials when we can get them. The weather gets hot here in Maharashtra, so we start early in the morning to beat the heat. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of paper. We just focus on getting the slabs poured and the walls up right. It’s what we know. We aren't trying to change the world, just building things that stay standing. Sometimes the tea guy forgets our order, but that's just life here. We just keep at it day after day.
