Candor Space Llp

Candor Space Llp is over in Nagpur, specifically in the Ganga Apartment on Farmland. It’s a quiet enough area most days, which is nice when you’re trying to get work done. We are in unit 103. The building is one of those older ones that has a lot of character, though the stairs can be a bit of a workout if the lift isn't feeling up to it. Nagpur gets incredibly hot in the summer, as everyone knows, so we spend a lot of time making sure the AC stays running in the office. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints and bits of paper that we probably should have filed away weeks ago. We’ve been operating out of Ramdaspeth for a bit now. People come in and out, usually asking about space or just dropping off documents. It’s a small team here. We make our own coffee and sometimes someone brings in oranges because, well, it’s Nagpur. We don’t really do the whole polished corporate thing. It’s just us trying to figure out the best way to use the spaces we have. Sometimes we disagree about where a wall should go or how a layout looks, but we usually sort it out over lunch. It’s simple work but it takes a lot of time to get things right. We just stay here in Ganga Apartment and keep at it, one day at a time.
