Briskgrid Solutions Private Limited

Our office is out in the Hingna area of Nagpur. We are located at 14-II/2 in The Empyrean Vista, over in Kotewada. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city center, but it’s a lot quieter out here which is nice. Briskgrid is a small company. We focus on various tech solutions for our clients. The building is fairly new, so it’s decent enough to work in. We don't have a lot of furniture yet, just the basics like desks, chairs, and our computer setups. There’s a lot of open space around the area which is a nice change from the crowded and noisy parts of Nagpur. We usually have to bring our own food from home because there aren't many places to eat nearby just yet. We spend most of our day focused on the computers. Sometimes we have a bit of a laugh during our lunch break, but mostly it’s just quiet work. We don't have any big corporate policies or thick employee handbooks to follow. We just figure things out as we go along. If something breaks in the office, one of us just tries to fix it ourselves. We don't have a dedicated maintenance person on staff. It’s a very practical way of working. The team is quite small, so we all know exactly what everyone else is doing. We don't need big meetings to stay on track. It’s just a group of people trying to do a good job with our projects.
