We started out at Plot No. 10 in Buty Layout. It’s a quiet spot in Vijay Nagar and most of us here in Nagpur know this area well. It isn't a fancy high-rise with glass walls. It is just a regular building where we get our tech work done every day. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, or it gets really hot in the summer months, but we manage just fine. We’ve been here for a good while now. There's a small tea stall just down the road that everyone goes to during the afternoon breaks. Nagpur is growing fast, and we are just one of those small teams trying to keep up with all the changes. We handle different tech stuff for our clients. It’s mostly just sitting in front of computers and writing code all day long. The office has basic desks and chairs and not much else. We don’t have a big HR department or a fancy lunchroom to eat in. We just bring our own tiffins from home and eat together at the main table. People come from all over the city to work here. Some take the city bus and others drive their own bikes. It’s a long commute for a couple of the guys. We try to finish up on time so everyone can get back to their families. There is nothing too complicated about how we run things. If someone needs help with a task, they just ask the person sitting right next to them.
