Our office is out in Butibori, right on Shirul Road at Vyankatesh City-1. It's a bit of a drive from the main city of Nagpur, but it’s where most of the new development is happening anyway. Blast Builders And Developers Private Limited has been working on various plots and houses around here for some time. Kh. No.109 is basically where we manage everything from. It's not a flashy setup. We have a few desks and a lot of maps of the local land. Most of our time is spent out in the dust at the construction sites. You get used to the heat in Maharashtra after a while. We started this because there was a lot of empty land out this way and people needed places to live. It’s been interesting to see how the area has changed since we first moved in. We handle the daily grind of building, dealing with workers, and making sure materials show up on time. Sometimes things get delayed, that’s just how it goes with building stuff. We don't spend much on fancy websites or big brochures. Usually, someone just comes by the office to ask about a plot. We tell them what we know and go from there. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it works for us and the local community here in Nagpur-441108. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or supply chain issues, but that is part of working in an industrial zone like Butibori. We just try to stay honest and get things finished eventually.
