Bhushan Kotwal. We are based in Nagpur, over at Raghuji Nagar. The exact spot is L-7/44/16. It’s actually a residential-feeling area, and we operate out of a space shared with N.G. Gakare. It’s not a big factory or a high-rise office. It’s just a practical setup where we can handle our business. Nagpur gets incredibly hot in the summer, so we usually try to get the heavy work done before noon. Our space is filled with files and some samples. We don't have a secretary or anything like that. When the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. Most of our clients are people we’ve known for years. We talk about the weather or the local news before we even get to the business part. It’s a very personal way of doing things. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us making sure everything runs smoothly. Sometimes we have to run errands around the city to pick up supplies or drop off papers. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice for focusing. We’ve been at this address for a good while now. We don't have any grand plans to move or expand into something huge. We just want to keep doing what we’re doing and providing for our families. It’s a simple, honest operation and we’re happy with that. We have a lot of tea and talk about how the city is changing. It's just a small part of Raghuji Nagar.
