Our business is located at Plot Number 17 in Narmada Colony, right off Katol Road. It’s a decent area and easy enough for people to find once they get into the colony. We focus on projects, hence the name, and that covers a lot of different construction tasks. The office is usually a bit messy with rolls of drawings and empty chai cups, but that’s because we’re actually working. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just a few of us making decisions and making sure the sites have what they need. Some mornings start really early when the trucks arrive, and other days we’re stuck at the desks doing accounts. We try to be fair with everyone we work with. Being on Katol Road means we can get to different parts of the city without too much trouble. We’ve been doing this for a while and have seen how the local market fluctuates. It’s not always easy, but we enjoy the process of seeing a project go from a plan on paper to something real on the ground. We don't have a PR person or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. This is just a local business run by people who live here. We care about our reputation in the neighborhood. If a project is moving along well, we’re happy. If there’s a delay, we deal with it. That’s just life in this trade.
