Baseware Private Limited

We are located over in Nagpur, specifically in the Hig Housing Board Colony in Bhamti. Baseware Private Limited operates out of a space here in the Parsodi area. It's a fairly quiet residential-style neighborhood, which is nice because it doesn't feel as hectic as the city center. We’ve been here for a bit, and the team mostly consists of locals who live nearby. Working from a housing board colony gives the office a bit of a homey feel, I guess. We aren't a huge corporation with glass buildings; we just have our set-up in 1/5 and we do our work from there. Most of our day is spent handling software tasks and talking to people on the phone. Nagpur can get really hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans and AC are running while we work. It’s a straightforward operation. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that on the outside. People who need to find us usually just give us a call or look for the colony address. We handle the tech side of things and try to make sure everything runs the way it’s supposed to. It’s just a group of us trying to do a good job without making too much of a fuss about it. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy to get to and it feels like a real community where people know each other.
