You can find us at Plot No. 243 in Chatrapati Nagar, right behind Chattrapati Hall. It’s a decent location, easy to explain to people when they’re looking for us. We do building work and land stuff. Most of our time is spent looking at blueprints or being out on the actual plots where the work happens. It gets pretty dusty out there, so the office is a bit of a refuge. We have a few people working here who have been in construction for years. We aren't really about the big corporate vibe. We’d rather just talk about the bricks and mortar. There’s always something to fix or a deadline to meet. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or supplies not showing up on time, but that’s just how the building trade is. We try to keep our neighbors happy since we’re tucked into Chatrapati Nagar. People stop by to ask when a certain project will be finished. We give them the news, good or bad. It’s an honest way to work. We’ve got a lot of files stacked up from past projects. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. We just focus on getting the structures up and making sure they’re solid enough for people to actually live in. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work on the estimates. It's a busy place but we try to keep our feet on the ground.
