You can find us at Plot Number 428, right near Sindhubalodhyan in the Jaripatka area. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows the garden. We’ve been here for a while, dealing with both surgical supplies and medicines. Our building is a simple structure that fits right into the neighborhood. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll just see one of us checking a shipment or typing away at an old keyboard. Jaripatka is a busy place, but our plot is tucked away just enough to keep things manageable. We started Avtar because there was a need for surgical tools that didn't cost a fortune. We work with a lot of local clinics. The storage room is usually full of boxes, and sometimes it's hard to find a place to sit during a big delivery. We don't mind. It means we are busy. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished brochures. We just want to make sure the doctors get their supplies on time. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to finish our work by candlelight or wait for the generator. It’s just part of life here. We take pride in knowing our inventory inside out. If you need something specific, we usually know exactly which shelf it’s on without looking at the computer. It's a messy desk kind of place, but we know where everything is.
