Our office is right on S.V. Road in Borivali West, not too far from the Vijay Sales. We’re in a place called Bharat Baug. If you’ve ever traveled down S.V. Road, you know it’s a constant stream of cars, buses, and rickshaws. It’s loud and always moving. Our workspace is pretty simple. We have 15/E, which is just a regular office setup. It isn't anything fancy or modern with glass walls. It’s more of a place where we keep our files, answer the phones, and meet with people who need help with infrastructure projects. We spend a lot of time out of the office, so sometimes it’s just one person here handling the paperwork. There’s a lot of paper too—permits, maps, and schedules. The air conditioner works most of the time, which is good because Borivali gets quite humid. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or a slick marketing video. We just do the work that needs to be done. Most of us have been in this industry for years, so we know the ropes. We aren't a huge team, so everyone does a bit of everything. From taking calls to checking on sites, it’s all just part of the day. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but it’s a solid place to work from in a very busy part of Mumbai. We just try to stay organized amid all the city chaos.
