Avani Softech

We are located at 14 Rajiv Nagar in Nagpur. It’s a bit different from being in the middle of a big commercial hub. Rajiv Nagar has more of a neighborhood feel to it, which we actually like. Our office for Avani Softech is a straightforward setup. We have our workstations lined up, and we spend most of our hours looking at screens. It’s quiet enough that you can actually focus, which is important for the kind of tech work we do. There isn't any fancy lobby or a receptionist at the front. You just walk in and you'll see us at our desks. We have a small area where we keep the kettle for coffee and some snacks. The building is a regular house that we've converted into an office space. It makes the whole environment feel a bit more relaxed than a cold office building. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, or you hear someone selling vegetables on the street. It’s just a normal part of life here. We’ve got some whiteboards on the walls where we scribble down ideas and lists. They’re usually a bit of a mess, but they make sense to us. We’ve been in Nagpur for a good bit now and this location suits us. It’s easy for the staff to get here, and we don't have to deal with the madness of the main city center every day. We’ve painted the walls a simple white and have some plants on the windowsills to make it feel a bit more like home.
