Avan Infrastructure Private Limited has its main base at Mig 86 in the Hb Quarters of Jariptaka. Nagpur is a hot place, and Jariptaka is a lively neighborhood where everyone seems to know everyone else. We run things from this small office, which is really just a simple room where we keep our files and meet with the guys from the sites. We aren't a massive corporation with a glass building. We are just local people doing infrastructure work around the city. Most of our days are spent checking on progress or trying to source materials like gravel and cement for a decent price. The Hb Quarters area is pretty quiet compared to the main roads, which is nice when we have to focus on the numbers. We usually have a lot of tea and talk about what needs to be done next. It’s a straightforward way of doing business without any hidden extras. We don't use big words or try to sound more important than we are. If a job needs doing, we find a way to get it done. The Nagpur sun can be tough on the laborers, so we try to get the heavy stuff finished early in the morning. We’ve been part of this community for a bit and we like that people can just drop by the office if they have a question. It’s just how we operate.
