We have our office at Plot Number 110, right on the Mahale Clinic Lane in New Subhedar Layout. Nagpur is a city that doesn’t really stop, and being in this part of town means we’re always around people. We started Aur Innovations Private Limited because we wanted a space where we could work on our own ideas without a boss breathing down our necks. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It’s just a regular building in a lane where everyone knows each other. Usually, the morning starts with someone bringing in snacks and we sit around the small table in the back. There isn't a reception area or a big sign. We just tell people to look for the Mahale Clinic and then take the turn. The heat in Nagpur can be tough in May, but we’ve got some fans going and we just get on with things. Our team is small, and we don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing. Everyone just chips in. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and talking things through. It’s a messy process sometimes, but it’s how we like to work. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people who have heard about us through word of mouth. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business, and it works for us.
