Our place is over in Gulmohar Colony, part of the Gole Scheme in Hudkeshwar Bz. If you know Nagpur, you know this area has been growing quite a bit lately. We are at Plot Number 57, House Number F1/02. It’s more of a residential-style setup, which suits the way we work. It’s quieter than the city center, though you still get the usual sounds of the colony—vendors passing by and neighbors going about their business. The office is basically a few rooms where we keep our technical equipment and all the construction files. It gets pretty hot in Nagpur during the summer, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans are moving. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other well. There’s no corporate hierarchy here; we just sit around the main table and figure out the day’s tasks. We handle various tech and construction projects from this base. Having the office in a colony like Gulmohar means we aren't dealing with the crazy traffic of the main market every morning. We usually start early before the sun gets too high. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have a big marketing department. People usually find out about us through word of mouth or by seeing our work out in the field. When we’re at the office, we’re mostly just catching up on reports and planning out the next steps for our frontier projects. It’s a quiet, honest way to run a business.
