Arriance Buildcon Private Limited

We’ve been running Arriance Buildcon Private Limited out of our office in Nagpur for a while now. Specifically, you can find us at Flat 303 in Sarju Town, over on Chandmari Road in Wathoda. It’s a busy part of town, but we like it here. Most of our days are spent dealing with blueprints, site visits, and the usual paperwork that comes with construction. It’s not always glamorous work. Sometimes the Nagpur heat makes site visits pretty tough, but we just get on with it. There’s about five of us who handle the main office stuff, and we’re usually juggling three or four things at once. We don't have a fancy lobby or a big corporate team. It’s just us in an apartment setup, which keeps things simple and low-key. We find that being in a residential area like Sarju Town makes it easier for people to just drop by and talk about their projects without feeling intimidated. We’ve seen Wathoda change a lot over the years, and it feels good to be part of the growth happening around here. We handle the building side of things while trying to make sure everything stays on track with the local regulations. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with contractors and suppliers, but that’s just how the industry goes. We’re just local people trying to build decent structures and keep the business moving forward one day at a time without making a big fuss about it.
