Maharashtra weather can be quite something, but we have our fans and computers running all day. Being an OPC means it’s a one-person company, though we sometimes have help. We spend a lot of time at our desks just getting through the work. It’s a quiet street for the most part, which helps with focusing on the screen. We don't have any flashy signs out front. Just a small plate with the name Arena Itech on it. Most of the people around here are neighbors we see every day. We didn't want a fancy office in a high-rise because this feels more real. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s a nice area. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the tasks we have for the week. It’s a practical way to run a business. We started here because it was convenient and we’ve just stayed. There’s nothing too fancy about us. We’re just local people doing tech work in Nagpur.
