ARCOR INFRAVENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED is based in Nagpur. Our office is located at a place called Saroj, which is on Plot number 53 in the Ramdaspeth area. Ramdaspeth is a well-known part of the city, and being there helps us stay connected to what is happening around Nagpur. We focus on infrastructure ventures, which is a broad way of saying we get involved in various building and development projects. We are not a giant company with hundreds of employees, so things are a bit more personal here. You might call and talk to the same person every time. We spend a lot of our time looking at blueprints and trying to figure out the best way to get things built within the budget we have. It is a lot of practical problem-solving. Some days are spent entirely on the phone with contractors, while other days we are out at a site getting our shoes dirty. We don't really bother with flashy presentations or corporate speak. We just tell it like it is and try to keep our projects on track. The office is a decent size for us to manage our daily operations and store our records. Nagpur is growing fast, so there is always some new project to look at or an old one that needs finishing up. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
