Archisha Infotech Private Limited is set up in Nagpur, specifically in the Seminary Hills area. We’re located in Flat No A3/04 of the Forest Department Employees Co-Op Society. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it’s a really nice, green part of the city. Being in a residential society like this makes the office feel very quiet and calm. You don't get that frantic energy you find in a commercial district. We have trees all around, and it's actually quite pleasant to walk around during a lunch break. The office is basically a flat that we’ve converted to fit our needs. We have a few rooms with desks and computers. It’s a tight-knit group here. We know the neighbors and they know us. Most of the work involves sitting at our desks for long hours, so having a peaceful environment really helps. Nagpur is a great place for this kind of setup because it’s not as chaotic as other big cities in Maharashtra. We get our work done, have our tea, and go home. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. It’s just a group of people who are good at tech stuff working out of a flat in a nice neighborhood. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes, which we don't mind at all. The morning sunlight comes in through the windows and it's quite nice for working.
