It’s a decent area and we have been working out of here for a good while. Most of what we do involves the actual construction of homes and smaller buildings. We aren't a big outfit with a lot of layers. Usually, when you call, you are talking to someone who has been out on the site that morning. The office is pretty quiet most of the time because we prefer to be where the building is happening. We have a lot of pride in the stuff we have put up around Nagpur over the years. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we run into problems with the ground or getting the right workers for a specific task. We just take things one day at a time. The Wellcome Society is a nice place to be based. It's easy for our suppliers to find us. We don't spend money on big advertisements or fancy websites. We just rely on people seeing what we do and asking us to help them with their own projects. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things, but it’s the only way we know how to work. We keep our overheads low so we can just focus on the construction. Our desks are messy, but our sites are clean.
