AJINKYA BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based out of Boripardhi, right at House Number 103 where Mr. Nivrutti Barvkar lives. It is not some high-rise office with glass walls, just a regular place in the taluka where we sit and handle the buildcon work. People around here know us mostly by name rather than the company title. We spent a lot of time just figuring out how to get things moving in this part of the district. It’s mostly about managing the labor and making sure the trucks show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes the rain slows everything down, but that is just how it goes here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our days are spent on the phone or out at the sites checking the progress. If someone needs to talk to us, they usually just drop by the house and we have tea while looking over the drawings. It is a simple way of doing things but it works for us. We’ve been around for a bit now, just trying to keep the projects on track without too much fuss. There are always challenges with permits and materials, but being local helps a lot because we know the people involved. It is just a small team trying to get the job done right in our own corner of the world.
