Adyansh Construction has its main spot out in Nagpur, specifically in the Hingna area. We’ve got plots 23 to 28 in D. Venkatesh City, over in Sirur, Gumgaon. It’s a bit away from the main Nagpur city center, which is good because that’s where a lot of the new construction is happening. Being out in Hingna means we have space to manage our equipment and materials. Construction in Nagpur is no joke because of the extreme temperatures. We have to plan our site visits around the sun most days. We do a lot of work on residential and commercial plots. It’s a lot of dust and concrete and making sure the levels are right. We aren't some corporate office with suits; we’re usually in our work clothes dealing with the crew. The Gumgaon area is developing fast, and we’re right in the middle of it. Some days are long, starting before sunrise to beat the heat. We handle everything from the initial digging to the final handover. It’s a straightforward business for us. We just want to build things that stay standing and don't cause problems later. We’ve got a good group of guys working with us, and we stay busy year-round. It’s honest work, and it keeps us rooted in the local Nagpur community while we try to navigate the challenges of the trade.
