Abhinav Hair Saloon

If you’re driving down Manewada Road in Nagpur, you’ll find Abhinav Hair Saloon right across from Shree Realities. We are at 440024, and the road outside is almost always packed with traffic and people going about their business. The saloon is a small place, but it has everything we need to keep things running. We have a few chairs, big mirrors that we have to clean constantly because of the humidity, and the sound of scissors clicking all day long. It gets pretty warm in Nagpur, so we keep the fans going at full speed. People from the neighborhood stop in, some for a quick trim and others just to say hello and see what’s happening on Manewada Road. We aren't trying to be one of those high-end parlors with soft music and fancy drinks. It’s just a local barbershop where we know most of the faces that walk through the door. There’s usually a radio playing softly in the corner, and the smell of talcum powder is always in the air. Being opposite Shree Realities makes us easy to find for anyone new to the area. We open up early and stay until the evening rush dies down. It’s a simple life, cutting hair and listening to the stories of the people who live around here. We’ve been part of this street for a long time and we like the routine.
