Aarti Gents Parlour

Aarti Gents Parlour is right across from the Hanuman Mandir here in Lavkush Nagar. If you are walking along Manewada Ring Road, you can't miss us. The temple bells ring in the morning and evening, which is quite nice to hear while we work. My name is on the shop, and I spend most of my day at Plot No-7. It’s a decent sized space, enough for a few people to wait without feeling too crowded. Manewada Road is always busy these days. I’ve seen this area change so much since we first opened. There used to be fewer buildings, but now it’s all packed. We keep a water cooler in the corner because Nagpur gets so hot and people are always thirsty when they arrive. I don't use any of that loud music, just a small TV that usually stays on the news channel. Sometimes the guys stay longer just to finish watching a cricket match. We aren't doing any high-fashion styling here. Most of my customers are just local men who want a clean cut. I use the same brand of shaving cream I've used for ten years because I know it works. It’s just me and a couple of guys helping out. We keep it simple and try to be honest with everyone who walks in. The floor could use some new tiles, but for now, it serves us just fine.
