We operate out of G136 in the Church Compound on Bajoria Road. It’s an interesting location because of the old buildings and the history around here. Our office is a straightforward space where we handle all our online and digital work. We’ve got our computers set up and wires running everywhere, which I know looks a bit messy, but it works for us. We started Aaditya Webmart because we saw a way to help people with web services without making it overly complicated. We aren't some flashy tech startup from a big city. We’re just local people who know our way around a keyboard. The atmosphere in the Church Compound is usually pretty steady, though it can get busy during the day. We spend a lot of time staring at screens and answering emails. Sometimes we lose track of time and realize it’s gotten dark outside. We don't have a big HR department or corporate perks. We just have a small group of people who are good at what they do. We deal with all sorts of technical issues and try to explain them in plain English to our customers. It’s not always easy, but we enjoy the challenge. Being on Bajoria Road means we’re close to everything we need. It’s a solid place to run a business, and we’ve been quite happy here so far. We just take it one project at a time.
