Marikar Exports

Marikar Exports is based out of 32/02 South New Street in Kottar. It’s a local spot and we’ve been operating from here for quite a while. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it serves us well for what we do. We handle exports, which means there is always a lot of coordination between the people we buy from and the people we send stuff to. It’s mostly about keeping track of the details and making sure nothing gets left behind at the port. We started small and stayed that way because it's easier to manage. Our staff is just a few people who live nearby. We usually start the day with a cup of tea and a look at the schedule. South New Street can be a bit tight for the bigger trucks, so we have to plan things out carefully. Sometimes we make mistakes, maybe a box gets labeled wrong or a document needs a rewrite, but we fix it and move on. That’s just part of the daily routine here in Kottar. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. We just answer the phone and do the packing. It’s a simple way of working, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Most of our neighbors know us by now and stop by to say hello.
