Seema Memorial B Ed College

We are located out on Harshor Road in Parbatsar, which is a part of the Nagaur district. Seema Memorial B Ed College is a place where people come when they want to become teachers themselves. It’s a bit of a drive to get here, but once you’re on the grounds, it feels quite steady and calm. The building is simple, and we don't spend much on decorations or anything that isn't necessary for the classes. Students here spend a lot of time in the library or practicing their teaching methods in front of each other. It’s an interesting thing to watch people learn how to manage a classroom. Our staff is mostly local folks who have been in the education field for a long time. We don't have a lot of corporate rules; we just try to make sure the lectures happen on time and the exams are handled fairly. The road outside can be dusty, and during the summer, the heat is something else, but we just keep the water coolers filled and keep going. Usually, by the afternoon, the college gets quiet as students head back to their homes in Nagaur or the surrounding villages. It’s a basic, honest place meant for people who are serious about getting their teaching credentials. We don't try to be anything more than a solid spot for learning the ropes of being an educator.
