Lk Singhania Education Centre

Gotan is a small place in the Nagaur district, and Lk Singhania Education Centre is a big part of the life here. Being out in this part of Rajasthan means we are a bit removed from the big city noise, which is actually quite nice for a school. The campus is large, and we have to put a lot of effort into keeping the grounds maintained, especially with the dry weather we get. We have students who stay here and others who come in from nearby, so there’s always a mix of people around. It’s not just about the classrooms; it’s about the whole routine of living and learning in a place like Gotan. We have the usual struggles, like keeping the grass green or making sure the mess hall is running on time. The staff here live nearby, and many have been with us for a long time. We don't spend our time talking about big visions; we just focus on whether the students are learning their chemistry or if the football field needs leveling. It’s a practical, hands-on kind of place. The evenings are usually quiet once the day scholars leave, and you can see the stars clearly out here. We just try to provide a decent, working environment where kids can focus on their studies without too many distractions. It’s a simple life, and the school is just an extension of the community we have built here over the years.
