Buds House Of Montessori is tucked away on 6th Main in Vivekananda Nagar. Kuvempunagar is a nice part of Mysore, mostly residential and quiet, which suits us just fine. We are at No.X961. It’s not a huge campus or anything like that. It’s more of a home that turned into a space for little kids to spend their mornings. You’ll see a lot of small shoes lined up by the door every day. Inside, we have those low tables and shelves filled with wooden blocks and stuff for the children to pick up. The light comes in quite nicely through the front windows in the morning. We don’t have big uniforms or strict rules like the bigger schools might have. It’s more about the kids figuring out how to pour water or zip up their own jackets. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when everyone decides to talk at once, but that’s just how it goes with that age group. The neighbors are used to the sound of singing coming from our windows by now. We spend a lot of time just sitting on the floor with the children. Mysore has a way of being calm, and we try to keep that vibe inside these walls too. It is a simple setup where we just look after the little ones while their parents are at work or running errands around Kuvempunagar. We just keep things moving and make sure everyone gets their snack on time.
