Manjusha Industries

Working out of D-54 on II Main Road in the Hebbal Industrial Estate means there is always a lot of noise. Manjusha Industries has been in this spot for a long time. You can hear the machines from the neighboring units all day. It’s an industrial area, so it’s not exactly pretty, but it gets the job done. The road outside can get quite dusty, especially when the big trucks roll through to pick up loads. Inside our building, we keep things fairly organized, though there’s always a bit of clutter near the back door where the raw materials come in. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us in the workshop or sitting at the old wooden desk near the entrance. It gets hot under the roof in the afternoons, so we have those big industrial fans going. Most of us have been working together for years, so we don't need to say much to get the work done. We just show up, do the shifts, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a steady kind of life. There’s a small canteen down the road where everyone goes for lunch. You see the same faces every day. It’s just a regular place where we put in the hours and try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. It's nothing special to look at, but it's where we work.
