Flowersynth

We've been at G-9 and G-10 in the Yadavagiri Industrial Estate for a good while. It is a noisy place, like most industrial estates are, with trucks coming in and out all day long. Flowersynth isn't a giant operation with hundreds of people, just a dedicated crew working with different scents and chemical compounds. The units are mostly filled with equipment and drums. It smells interesting around here, depending on what we are working on that morning. We spend a lot of time just monitoring the processes and making sure nothing goes wrong with the batches. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit. Most of us are in work gear because things can get messy. We have our tea breaks out by the front gate when the weather allows. The neighbors in the other units are mostly doing metal work or packaging, so we all know each other by sight. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait around, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We try to keep things organized, though with all the raw materials coming in, it can get a bit crowded inside G-10. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find us on the floor or checking the gauges. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We just focus on getting the quality right and making sure we finish on time for the customers.
