Ambrosia Cuisine Restaurant (Silent Shores Resort And Spa)

Ambrosia Cuisine Restaurant is part of the Silent Shores Resort and Spa out here in Mysore. We’re located at numbers 85 to 87 on Beml Road, which is right in the Hootagalli area. If you’re driving along Hunsur Road, you’ll find us easily enough since we’re just off that main stretch. Being inside a resort means things stay pretty steady, but we also see people from the neighborhood coming by. The kitchen gets busy early, and it can be a bit of a rush when the resort is full. It’s a nice spot, though, away from the middle of the city noise. We’ve been here at this address for a while now. Some days are quieter than others, especially when the weather is off, but that’s just how it goes in the restaurant business. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the supply truck is late or we’re short-staffed, just like any other place. People seem to find us okay because of the Silent Shores name. We focus on the cooking and making sure the tables are set. It’s not a fancy corporate setup; it’s just us working the shifts. Hunsur Road is a busy part of Mysore, so there's always something happening outside. We just keep doing our thing every day, making sure the food is ready and the place is clean for whoever walks through the door.
