If you walk down the 12th Cross near Fts Circle, you will eventually find us. We are tucked away at No.4450/1 in G Block. This part of Narasimharaja Mohalla has its own rhythm, and we are just a small part of it. Most of our work starts way before the sun is even up. You can hear the big stoves clicking on and the sound of onions being chopped on heavy wooden boards. It is not a quiet place, especially when there is a big event to prepare for. The kitchen gets pretty hot, and there is always a layer of steam in the air. We don't have a front office with fancy chairs or a receptionist. Usually, someone is just standing there with a clipboard or checking a list near the back door. The address is easy to miss if you aren't looking for the number, but the smell of the spices usually gives it away. We have been doing this for years, and it's mostly just hard work and long hours on our feet. Sometimes the delivery van struggles with the narrow lanes around here, but we manage. It’s a local business, run by people who live nearby and know the streets. We just focus on getting the food cooked and loaded up. It is a messy, busy life, but it is what we do here in G Block. It is just everyday work for us.
