Running things at Milan Residential out here in Bihar is a daily task that keeps us on our toes. Our paperwork is usually stacked on an old wooden table, and we handle everything ourselves. It isn't a polished operation with a PR team. It is just a few of us who know the local area and the people living in it. We have been doing this for a while, so we have seen how the neighborhoods have changed over the years. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just making sure the houses and apartments we look after are in decent shape for the families staying there. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until sunset.
