Even though the name says Delhi, we are actually based here in Muzaffarpur, Bihar. Our spot is in the 842002 area. It’s a different pace of life here compared to the big cities. We deal with the local logistics and the daily grind of the region. The office is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and plenty of paperwork. It’s not the kind of place you see in movies. It’s just a workspace. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who walk in from the street. The weather in Bihar gets really intense in the summer, so we spend a lot of time just trying to stay cool while we work. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. We just write down what needs to happen and then we try to make it happen as best as we can. Sometimes things move slowly, but that’s just how it is in this part of the country. We know the people around here and they know us. We don't try to act like we are bigger than we are. It’s just about getting the work done every day. We handle things as they come. No big plans or strategies, just a steady stream of small tasks that keep the place going. It gets dusty when the wind picks up, but that is just Muzaffarpur for you.
